We ship packages to all states within Australia.
We rely on the shipping address you provide during checkout, so please ensure that all order details are correct to avoid any mis-delivery. Our shipments are handled by Australia post, ensuring your package arrives within 3-5 business days.

At AfroTribe Gems, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return an item, please ensure it is unworn and unused, in the same condition as when you received it.
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping and handling costs associated with returning the item. However, if you received an incorrect or defective item, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.
You can expect to receive your refund within approximately two weeks from the time you hand your package over to the return shipper, though it often occurs more quickly. This timeframe includes the time it takes for us to receive your return (5 to 8 business days), process it upon receipt (1 to 2 business days), and for your bank to complete the refund transaction (3 to 15 business days).
